Yes, I agree with your support of the Parkerian Hexad, but it is not adequate due to the growth of e-commerce and virtualized online services.

This is especially true as data storage and application usage moves to virtualized online services (SOA, IaaS, Cloud Computing).

A modified Parkerian Hexad 6 attributes with one additional attribute (geolocation) is better suited to today&#039;s state of online technologies.

Utility
GeoLocation (geographic location – data privacy laws change per location)
